Katja

Katja brings more than 20 years’ experience to the Bond team.

Her hair journey began in 1998 at Vidal Sassoon in Frankfurt, Germany, where she worked for 6 years, before venturing to one of the company’s London salons.

Keen to explore her new city and the culture on offer, Katja was soon drawn to Shoreditch where she honed her skills at a local salon for the next four years.

While the chance of additional training at the Berlin Aveda Institute took her back to Germany for two more years, she realised her heart was in London, to which she soon returned and established a salon of her own.

Now part of our team at Bond, Katja is skilled in cuts and colours, and is passionate about creating a style that is fresh, yet authentic to each client.

Outside of the salon, she enjoys time with her family, writing her column ‘London Diary’ for a local German paper and making gift bags out of fabric as part of the #giftbagforlife movement.
